Operations Technician at LSE in Stockholm
The FMTIS Command Support Unit (LSE) Implementation Department in Stockholm supports the Headquarters and the Swedish Armed Forces' addresses in Stockholm regarding the operation and maintenance of command and operational systems at all levels of readiness, both nationally and internationally.
To strengthen our team and capability, we are now looking for an operations technician. Our mission is unique and places high demands on quality, security, and integrity. In addition to meeting current assignments, we must also prepare to meet future requirements.

Main Responsibilities
We work in a developing environment characterized by ambition, technical competence, and opportunities for personal development. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and works solution-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
As an operations technician, you will be part of our user support group and primarily focus on the operation and maintenance as well as technical support of mobile devices. The group also supports other IT systems beyond mobile devices for users. You will work with the configuration of mobile devices and collaborate closely with the operations engineers in a smaller team.
The role also includes training users. Other technical broad tasks may arise.
The work primarily takes place on-site at the Armed Forces' facilities and installations in the Stockholm area. Travel may occur both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications
- High school education with a technical focus or equivalent competence that can be assessed as equivalent
- Good computer skills.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
- Driving license B.
- Swedish citizenship.
Meritorious
- Experience working with signal protection within the Armed Forces
- Experience within the Armed Forces.
- Knowledge in IT/customer support and mobile devices.
- Military service / GSU

The position is a permanent employment, with a 6-month probationary period applicable for those who are currently not employed within the Armed Forces.
The position is civilian with immediate start or as agreed.
